"Almost Perfect, But That One Item Sent Me"
My order was mostly right, so I can’t be too mad, but one item was wrong and for a second I acted like my whole day had collapsed. Not a huge deal, just a little frustrating

I’d want to see someone’s real install experience before calling this a full review. If you share what happened during setup, what went smoothly, and what didn’t, I can help turn it into something useful. Right now there just isn’t enough detail to go on, and that part was weird.

"Pretty fair pricing, honestly"
The prices seemed fair for what you’re getting. Definitely not the cheapest place out there, but at least I didn’t get hit with any weird extra charges, which some places love to do.

"Kind of regret ordering because support took so long"
I wish I’d thought twice before ordering. The customer service wasn’t terrible, but it was really slow. I waited longer than I expected for a reply and ended up having to follow up just to get an answer. It was frustrating enough that I’m not sure I’d order again.

From what I saw, the website was simple to get around, and the pages I opened loaded just fine. I didn’t go through every single section, but I did have to look around for a minute to find one thing. Overall, it worked well for me.

"Not worth the cash"
I feel like I dropped way too much money on SpaZilla for what I actually got. The service was basic and kinda meh, which was a letdown. For the price, I really expected something better, but it just didn’t feel like good value at all. I probably could’ve found something cheaper that does the same job. Not super happy with it, tbh

"Delivery was a little hit or miss"
My order did eventually show up, but it was about two days late. The tracking didn’t really update much either, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on. Not the worst experience, but a bit frustrating.

"Holding up fine, but I’m not easy to impress"
I bought this from spazilla.com a few months ago, it’s held up better than I figured it would. I use it pretty much every day, so yeah, there are a few little marks now, but nothing has broken or started feeling cheap. I get annoyed fast when stuff wears out too soon, so it’s been nice not having to deal with that. It’s not perfect, but durability-wise, it’s been solid so far...

I ordered from spazilla.com because the product page made everything seem straightforward. But when the item arrived, the size and fit were different, and a few of the listed features didn’t match either. Because of that, I ended up feeling like the description led me in the wrong direction.
I reached out to customer service, but they just told me to look at the listing again. I checked it again, and it still didn’t line up with what I received. So unless they update their product descriptions, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Honestly kind of confused by the quality"
I’m really not sure what happened here, but this felt cheap right out of the package. I only used it for a few days before it broke, which was confusing because I expected it to last longer than that. Definitely not impressed.

"Box showed up looking rough"
My order from spazilla.com arrived looking like it had been through a lot. One side of the outer box was completely crushed, and there was tape all over it in a way that made me assume it had already been damaged and someone just patched it up instead of replacing the packaging.
The item inside wasn’t really secured either, just kind of loose with barely any padding. Maybe I’m reading into it, but the whole thing gave me the impression that not much care went into shipping it. For the price I paid, I expected it to show up in decent shape, so yeah, I was disappointed

"Good tracking, but the wait was annoying"
The tracking updates were clear, which helped, but the package still showed up later than expected. I was getting frustrated waiting around for it, even though at least I knew where it was most of the time.

"I tried to get help with..."
I tried to get help with a warranty issue and just kept getting passed around without anyone giving me a clear answer. It felt like there wasn’t a real person there actually trying to help.
